Worst jewelry buying experience and sub-standard quality of diamonds. Bought a diamond necklace and earrings at their Glen Allen, VA location.

Diamonds lost their shine and look like worth-less rocks in less than a month. We were on a vacation in Florida. When we came back and went to Jared and showed the issue to store sale people, they were of no help. Talked to General Manager of the store.

She was the worst and was rude. If General Manager of the store is like that, no wonder employees don't give a crap about customer satisfaction and quality of the product. Customer service sucks overall. Thousands of dollars down the drain.

I hope this review helps somebody else from getting ripped off. I personally would not buy anything ever from Jared again.

Product or Service Mentioned: Necklace.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $1300.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Master jeweler who denied the issue and refused to fix it, Do not stand behind their quality.

Did they clean it in the ultra sonic cleaner. All Jewelry just like people require cleaning on a regular basis.

if hand lotion, sunscreen, etc got on the it will dull a diamond instantly. You can clean it at home with dawn dish soap in warm water well mixed and that should remove most gunk that can get on jewelry
