Necklace return
Ordered a necklace and 20:00 minutes later want to cancel but would not let me so I called them this morning at 8:00am they told me that I would have to go to a store and get a refund

I was trying to surprise somebody for their birthday, and I decided to use the wrong company. Her birthday was Friday; it is Tuesday at 9:00.
I'm filing a complaint because first I marked it for express delivery on Friday. Then, while I was updating the address, they unmarked it. I tried to reorder it with the express checkout and canceled the other order 2 hours later, and they told me they were unable to cancel my order that was not going to be shipped out until Thursday. Therefore, I was left waiting until Monday for this girl to get her birthday gift that was supposed to be a special gift for her.
Then Monday comes, and they say the package won't be delivered until Tuesday.
Then Tuesday comes, and they tell me the package is probably lost and I might have to wait 10 to 14 days for them to do their investigation. I recommend nobody ever order anything from this company online because they will ruin the birthday of whoever you are trying to surprise.

Hello,
I recently aplied for a jared credit card,so I could surprise my husband with a 25th wedding anniversary present. The sales lady assured me,the card would come in an unmarked envelope.
Boy was she wrong,very nice lady. But, someone needs to tell her not to provide false information.
Needless to say it ruined the surprise to my husband of 25yrs. He checked the mail the day it came and right away said u got a Jared card. Which is plastered with your company Name all over the envelope.
Not only did it ruin my surprise.
What do u think someone is going to do,if they open it. Take the card and run. Not happy. Thanks alot I know nothing will become of this complaint.
We were going to use it for my present. But, I am not doing that.

We bought natural diamonds over 18months ago, just last month we went took rings for an appraisal and come to find out our rings were lab diamonds, but we paid for natural. The salesperson that helped us was very certain and still remembered from almost two years ago that we signed off and agreed on lab diamonds.
Store manager was able to retrieve order and see that we paid and ordered natural diamonds.
Since then, a new set of natural diamonds was reorder, and I just received my new set. Store is willing to offer $650.00 and keep one of the labs.
How many customer has this has happened to and they are unaware of.

I bought a warranty on a diamond cross that lost a stone,there supposed warranty doesn't cover the stone's or the gold cross, I suggest you never buy a warranty at Jared's jewelry. I purchased multiple other things from them and they are a what have you done for me lately company. You are as valuable to them as your last purchase.

I received a gift from my son of a custom designed/engraved heart with stones necklace($145 price) and the chain broke in middle way of the herringbone design. Jared mgr in Winston Salem, NC said it could be repaired (solder, but it be noticeable).
This was purchased 12/06/24 for over $125. (Also have receipt) New necklace, so why repair?! If thats best Jared will offer then Ill go to Walmart that honors warranty on newly purchased items that break, with new. All that Jared Mgr offered was to purchase another $100 chain.
Her words were, We have some inexpensive chains,seriously, $100 is not inexpensive, furthermore Jareds should have replaced no questions asked!
You advertise how good quality u sell, thats a false statement! Ill not recommend Jared's period.

I give them two watches to repair. Pay 200$ deposit.
Unfortunately they couldnt fix it and give me watches back. No money. They have a wonderful policy that they send you a check. I am waiting since April and it is December.
Call them 3 times.
No check so far. Stay away!

No notification of shipping. Way late and caused a problem.The ring was scheduled to ship June 4. Can't help wonder why it's not here.

I went in to put a deposit down for a loose diamond to come in for me to see it, well they told me it's not a deposit anymore, I have to pay the whole amount. I told them if I pay the whole amount I want it delivered to my house.
The manager Bobby told me no it won't be covered be insurance. Which I know was a lie because shipping companies have insurance. So I left and ordered a loose diamond and another ring online, but when they came in they tested as moissanite, not a diamond, so I went to the store to return it, but before I did, I had a sell's person test it, and it tested as moissanite again.
Well the manager Bobby saw me, and he got upset that I didn't purchase through his store so he called someone from corporate that he knew was resigning to keep me from buying things online. I've been buying from Jared for years online and that old miserable *** knows it so he has me blocked.

My name is Tammi Bates. My husband and I have been customers for over 20 years.
I went to the location in Plano TX and bought my son a necklace with a cross and an extra thicker necklace because the chain with the cross was very thin. The necklace has broker 4 times. I have returned it 4 times. They will not let me return it.
They keep trying to fix it. It is now broken again. I do not want to go back there. I called in and paid the balance and requested twice now that my account be closed.
I received another bill today for $6 for late fees. I was a very good customer and was only late with a payment when they were trying to fix the necklace again. I would like this to be taken care of. I am at my wits end with the bad customer service from this store.
My account ends 5040. Please have someone assist me.

I bought my wife a ring for Christmas. Based on the picture on your website, I thought it would be a unique and classy item.
Imagine my surprise when I opened it and it looked like something from a Cracker Jack box. It was so small that I couldn't determine if it was what I had ordered.
I'm very disappointed in you. When you take a picture of an item, please put it with something so as to give an estimate of the actual size.
