"Don't hesitate, litigate" !!! The only way these clowns will do the right thing is for you to sue the crap out of 'em.. When it costs them money, (a LOT of money) then they will make it right.

In February of this year I had spinal surgery, I call Jarrett's to let them know that I would not be able to pay because I was no longer working because of the surgery, 2 of the customer service reps put me in a payment program, Just to hit me back to let me know I no longer qualify after a couple of weeks, Now the last customer service rep stated that my account would not be delinquent if I paid the full amount Pass due by June 28th, But then I got an alert on my credit report stating that my account was delinquent even though I was told by a Jared customer service rep it would not be delinquent until after June 28th

User's recommendation: Before you get this card please find out the INS and outs of what they can and cannot do if you are on disability.

Horrible experience Tulsa

I am writing in regards to a horrible experience I had today at your Tulsa, OK Location. I took my engagement and wedding band in to be inspected and soldered together and the girl, Jessica, insinuated that I was lying where my band had been purchased because she couldnt find it in the computer. When she finally did find it, she looked at my rings and told me that soldering them together would make it where I needed them taken down a size. I told her they fit fine and because of health problems, I didnt want to change the size. After a discussion, I finally just said whatever and agreed to change the size to a 7.5 from an 8. She then asked me when I wanted to pick them up next week, next week? She said let me ask but Im sure it will be at least next week if not longer. She went to talk to the jewler and as I was perusing the store, I overheard him say the baguettes would be on the bottom of my finger if he takes it down much and he also told her 1-2 days. She walked back to me and said yep, he said next Monday at earliest. I heard her talking to him and his response was 1-2 days. I do not appreciate being lied to. I asked why so long since my husband and I bought at Jared because of their in house jewler and it not taking weeks to fix anything. Jessica told me because of covid theres a back log and they also service Kay and Zales, ect. I feel if I purchased at Jared, I should be a priority. I was all but in tears and my blood pressure was very elevated so I left the store. I called customer support and the lady was helpful and called the store and told them do not resize my rings and she agreed that soldering does not make them bigger, if anything it will make it smaller because it is a wider band. She got back on the phone and told me that good thing she called right then because they were getting ready to start on it. Now if they were getting ready to start on it within 30minutes of me leaving the store, why will it take a week to fix it? I am disgusted with my experience today and I am not sure I will ever buy anything from Jared again.

In store refund nightmare

I returned 800 worth of jewelry in store the salesperson was impatient because I didnt have my debt card in pocket it was in my car she issued a check. It took 5 weeks to get the check then when recurved wasnt cAshable. I called customer service many times and no help 1 month later they issued another check and its been an additional 2 week since. Every time I call I get the run around and no one is helping never will use again they cant even offer You anything for all of there *** ups it’s been 3 months

They suck

I brought my watch to the Lake Grove location 9/1/19 to get the battery changed and pressure tested still dont have it back going to sue them at this point get even get them on the phone! Not giving any stars
