My husband purchased a $3000 necklace. I tried to return it 2 months later after returning from a long trip.
They told me there was no rush and that I could exchange for a different diamond. I then went back 2 months later to return and they refused to accept it. In addition, they would only accept an exchange if I purchased a new piece that was worth 200% of the current price of the necklace. Never in my life have a seen a retailer this dishonest.
Don't go to Jared!!!!!
My husband would never have bought the necklace had he known about the return policy. I am filing an official compliant with the consumer bureau.
