Jared - Defective product, I want my money back
I ordered a $139.00 sterling silver money clip for my husband on dec.10th.He got it on dec.25th & took it on a business trip where it broke.
The spring broke & snapped the entire back of the money clip. I called Jared customer service on jan. 25th & was told I could go into my local store & exchange it because it had been purchased more than 30 days ago. i explained that it was a christmas gift so was only received 30 days ago.
I told them I want my money back, I did not want the same item as it broke too easily. Customer service called my local store manager in Frisco tx & he said he would take care of us. But did not say he would give my money back. My husband went in to look for another money clip.
They didn't have that money clip or any money clips in stock & still would not return our money. We could choose another item.
We didn't want another item!I will never buy another item from Jared/Kay jewelers.
