Purchased Ultimate Watch Warranty for two Swiss Army watches. Each watch cost around $400 and an additional $70 for the UWW. These watches need to be sent to a special repair center to replace the batteries and the Ultimate Watch Warranty was suppose to cover battery replacement.

When the first watch was two weeks out of its 3 year warranty the battery went dead.

Jared told my wife and I that the Ultimate Watch Warranty did not cover battery replacement and it cost $70 to have the watch sent in to have the battery replaced. We have been SCR*W*D !

That is bull ***! My daughter and I both purchased two Tag watches from them and we were persuaded to purchase the "ultimate watch warranty because they guaranteed that the warranty covered batteries for life and that we would be covered if there were any additional problems with the watch, including replacing part, all a load of ***! We will be suing.

ultimate watch plan covers the price of the battery, but to keep your watch water resistant it needs special service when changing the battery (change the gasket, pressure tests, etc) that is not covered by ultimate watch plan.

The uwp covers cosmetic issues.....the "lifetime battery" coverage is 14.99. You aren't screwed just mis informed.

I hope this helps you a lil. Good luck.
